Welcome to Restart. A FREE 5 day online challenge, starting February 26th! This is a pilates and barre based challenge, focusing on specific muscles groups and teaching you the key fundamentals and principles of Pilates. Each class will be between 20-30 minutes so that you can fit it into your busy schedule. You don't need to spend hours working out to see results. Each class is going to focus on a specific muscles group so we target the entire body through out the challenge but leave time for recovery! There will be a live class via zoom on 27th Feb 6.30am!! Set your alarms and start the day with a powerful pilates class. Don't worry if you can't make the live session, the recording will be sent out after!
